Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Delivery time. Standard shipping typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location. Some of our items ship from international warehouses, which can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience — great atmosphere is worth the wait.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping destinations. We currently ship to United States.

Customs & import fees. International orders may be subject to customs or import fees determined by your local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed orders. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us at lumioshop.support@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
