Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lumio purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you — no need to send the item back.

How to start a return. Email lumioshop.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the next steps.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover everything.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is approved), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items. Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
